Financial Policy

1. The registration fee is paid annually and is due on the first day of the current school year. Tuition payment is made in advance for the current month, semester, or year. Monthly payments must be made during the first week of each month.

2. Payments are accepted by check, cash, or via Zelle (414-514-99-92). Checks should be made payable to “Erudite Russian Language Club, Milwaukee” or “ERLCM.”

3. The annual registration fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the student has not attended any classes at the club.

4.Tuition is due regardless of attendance. No prorating or refunds are provided for days not attended. Tuition is calculated on a school-year basis and divided into nine monthly payments. 

If a student misses three or more Saturdays within a single month, a tuition adjustment may be considered upon written request from the parents. Each request is reviewed individually, taking into account the reason for the absences and the class schedule. Adjustments are granted only in justified cases.

5. Erudite Russian Language Club provides each student with textbooks for use during the academic year. At the end of the school year, textbooks must be returned in good condition. Workbooks remain with the students. In case of loss or damage of textbooks, a fee of $40 per unreturned or damaged book will be charged.

Registration Fee:

$100 per each new student


Academic classes are held from 9 am till 11:30 am.  
Monthly tuition for academic classes:
$175 per child
$155 for the second child
$130 for the third child

Russian as a foreign language classes are held from 11:40 am till 1:10 pm.

Monthly tuition for Russian as a foreign language classes:

$120 per child

Extracurricular activities are held from 11:40 am till 12:30 pm.

$75 for the first child

$73 for the second child

  • Math for children ages 4-6 

  • Chess (Advanced level)

  • Chess (Beginner level)

  • Sewing

  • Clay modeling

  • Drawing

Tuition Fees
 

Enrollment in the Club constitutes acceptance of these policies and a commitment to support the educational goals of the Club.

Arrival and Dismissal

  1. Students should arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class, but no earlier than 8:45 a.m.

  2. Parents must personally bring their child(ren) to the classroom at the beginning of the school day and personally pick them up at the end of the day. If someone other than a parent will be picking up a child, parents must notify the Director in advance and provide written authorization, including the individual's full name and phone number.

  3. The Club is not responsible for children left unattended in the school building or parking lot before or after classes. 

Academic Program and Homework

  1. The Club reserves the right to modify the curriculum, change instructional materials, and place students in classes that are most appropriate for their academic level based on assessment results.

  2. Students receive weekly homework assignments. Homework is an important part of the learning process and is expected to be completed on time.

  3. Parents are not permitted to remain in classrooms during instructional time unless specifically invited by a teacher or administrator.

Student Conduct

  1. Students are expected to behave respectfully and maintain appropriate discipline during classes, breaks, and all Club activities.

  2. Students may not damage, misuse, or remove school or classroom property.

  3. Electronic gaming devices are not permitted at school. The Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Health and Safety

  1. Parents must inform the administration of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or special accommodations their child may require so that appropriate support can be provided.

  2. Snacks or treats may occasionally be served during classes or special events. Parents are responsible for informing the administration of any food allergies or sensitivities. Please note that the Club is not a nut-free environment.

  3. Parents are financially responsible for any damage to school property caused by their child. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

Communication

1. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the administration. We kindly ask families to follow the 24-hour rule, allowing time to reflect before discussing concerns so that all matters can be addressed thoughtfully and respectfully.
